Photography and Club Promotion
Upon registration with the Clyde Phoenix Basketball Club, parents/guardians are granting permission for the club to use photographs and / or video of their child/ren when required in publications, news releases, online and any other forms of social media /communications related to the promotion of CPBC.
No consent to use pictures
I will notify the CPBC via the President and or VP if I do not concur to the above statement.
